Hand Back Health has run one mission trip to Uganda to date. A group of Chiropractors from the Lions Group in the UK visited Uganda to provide services. The trip was an amazing success for both our communities and the visiting Chiropractors. We look forward to hosting many such trips in the future.

A short term trip such as this is a fantastic opportunity for both chiropractor and community. The visiting chiropractor can gain so much in a short period of time, in terms of education, clinical experience and skill development alongside the altruistic humanitarian benefit. The community assistance provided can be tremendous. This type of trip takes place in areas where affordable and accessible care is not easily found and the benefits of chiropractic are even more evident than the urban centres chiropractors may be used to.  This is where the impact of chiropractic can be most palpable.
